World War III did not break out!
Saturday didn’t turn out bad at all. One would have thought with a blog post as my last, that World War III had broken out in the Waldau – te Brake mansion, but peace prevailed. I said my goodbyes and went into town on my own. It was cold, snowy, but my spirit was on top. I went into the bookstore to buy some magazines. As I had had a strange dream about France and Paris, I purchased a copy of French Vogue. Although French is a language I have yet to master, the pictures and the distinct atmosphere were enough to prolong my dream and the state it had put me in. After lunch and some shopping I was home again. Although a thick silent atmosphere was present, it didn’t disturb me and I went upstairs for some work. I heard the door slam indicating that my husband had left.
Some half an hour later I got a phone call. It was the most curious of phone calls, and although I don’t wish to disclose the nature of it, not just yet anyways, it was very much connected with my dream. I rarely have dreams that 100% mirror reality but this one did. It gave me such a pleasant feeling. During the conversation an email from my husband came in. “Friends?” it said. How could I refuse? Well at home I told him about my dream and the subsequent phone call. We both agreed it was an opportunity of interest.
Later in the evening I went salsa dancing at the station. It’s great because it is so close by, thus rendering a perfect opportunity to perfect my dancing skills. Erik, my regular dance partner was there too and we danced for almost 2 hours. Thinking of signing myself up for classes for this school, Salsa Motion. If so it will be a busy schedule with 3 dance lessons a week ☺
