Tired-mum-turned-Barbie

Blogging has been sparse this weekend. I was just too tired, so I took time to sleep, relax and do a bit of shopping in town. Not much I must admit as I’ve done all my Christmas shopping during a late night shopping spree a couple of weeks ago. Friday Stephen came over to give me a make-over. It was amazing. He is by far the best make-up artist that ever applied his skills on me. Two hours later he had transformed me to a living, breathing Barbie girl, ready for the Club Fiera Gala party. I arrived around 11 pm. The dancefloor was crowded and people were dressed up to the nines. Even in my gorgeous Milly dress I stood no chance for winning the best dressed competition ☹

There is one rule when you dance: You never stop.
Because if you do, the chances are you will never get up again, which is what happened to me. 2 hours after I had arrived, I was so tired, my feet were aching and I had a headache going on migraine. Well at home there was nothing more to do than take a shower and go to bed. I slept for 10 hours. Bliss.
