The Steak Diet
I haven’t been writing a lot about my diet lately, although I haven’t lost of all those pregnancy kilos. For some time I just haven’t really cared about it. I’ve worked out as normal and been eating a healthy diet but the kilos remains. As always with travelling, I gained weight whilst being in Paris, and was up to 55 kg’s again. So last weekend I decided to make a new attempt and do something about it once and for all. The only thing that appears to work is plenty of exercise (I go 5 days at the gym and dance 3 times per week), and the steak diet. It’s very simple, I eat fruit for breakfast, steak for lunch and steak for dinner. Not much variation here really but at least it does work. I will be celebrating when I can get into my skinny jeans again. Just another week to go and I’m sure I will be there!
