The last of the last
The last day before Christmas (if you celebrate Christmas eve as the seasonal highlight) is always the most busy. There are the last Christmas presents that you’ve missed in the shopping frenzy, the grocery shopping, and getting hold of everyone before the holidays shuts down the nation down. And thus I’ve been out and about from early afternoon until now running from shop to shop. Fortunately I can now say I’m really done, well done! And frankly I don’t want to see another shop for the next weeks to come. Not that it will be very likely either. In half an hour I’m off to my beauty therapist for a microdermabrasion and when I come home I will run myself a hot bath and continue reading my book.
