That coat is mine!

It’s always nice to meet up with friends you haven’t seen for a long time. There is so much to tell and pleanty to talk about. Whilst in general I can’t stand gossip, especially the malious kind, I do enjoy hearing the latest news about people I’m not much in contact with but know via friends.  I met up with Linda down town Haarlem (i.e. the town square) and after a quick shopping tour we settled for a late lunch. From there on we continued our shopping spree, and I can now say I’m done with my Christmas shopping. In addition to buying some very nice presents to friends and family I also bought something for myself. I figured this is my last chance of getting anything on sale before turning myself into a recluse for the month of January. I can’t see myself emerging before mid February and by then all the good shopping opportunities will be long gone.
