Diet take II
I can’t get into my favourite shirt from Patrizia Pepe. It’s a champagne coloured silk number which I wore on one my first dates with Reinout. At that point I was about 50 kg’s and looking good. Now, 5 kg’s more, with a fat ass and sagging boobs I am a far cry from that vision.
This is it…there and then I decided to get rid of it once and for all. I will, I must, I have to. The start of a diet last week didn’t really do the trick and although I lost almost two kg’s I later gained back one. So now, this is my resolution to strictly follow the Stewardess diet until Friday. I shall only eat an orange for breakfast. My lunches will only consist of 2 eggs and a fruit and dinners shall be nothing other than steak and an apple. Spartan is the word du jour, Excess is banished.
Going on a diet like this is not so hard if it wasn’t for work. My brain comes to a halt and I get dizzy spells. But no pain, no gain and so this is my vow to see this diet through. A diet which tagline is “Loose 5 kg’s in 4 days.” A drastic goal which I most likely will not achieve but how about 3? I must, I will, I have to. Swear to God, Promise on my mothers tombstone. Kiss of death if not….
Train journey this morning

Hello Susanne,
You know that with diets it is first 5 kg off and later 7 kg on….The best way to lose weight is moving and preferably above one hour….so go jogging and you will see the 50 comming back :-))

reply to this commentI agree that in most cases it is so, but the reason for this is that people resume back to their old lifestyle and eating habits after the diet. Personally I eat a low carb diet similar to Atkins and so far it has managed to maintain my weight whatever I am at. But of course it also take a lot of sports and exercise. Jogging is in fact something I enjoy a lot so I might go for a run in the coming days whilst the weather is still good
