A Swedish Geisha
I’m walking around like a geisha in our house. Small steps, left, right, left and right again. Walking normally is not an option. The pain in my back and legs keeps coming and going, but when it comes it’s with a vengeance. We bought a whole load of sauerkraut on the advice of the lady in the baby-shop. It should bring on labour. So far no labour in sight and after a pretty thorough google search I can find no evidence for the claim either. But I like sauerkraut so I’m not complaining. I’ve also eaten some French Nougat that Reinout got me. It’s one of the best nougats I’ve ever had, moist, sweet with crunchy bits in it. I shall make a point of asking where he got it from.
Victoria was here briefly to pick up Cecile. Victoria is with her dad this week, and perhaps a good thing as my mood is swinging faster than a pendulum. She brought a really sweet Valentine’s card that she made in school. Luckily I had bought her some Valentine goodies at Lush today, bath-bomb, soap and shampoo…all in red.
Reinout is convinced we’ll have a Valentine’s baby. After all I’m one week overdue now, so it’s certainly not unlikely. In the event there is no baby by next Thursday they will plan an induction for me. But there is still a bit of time. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Your Message@fritz007:
….well right now I’m pretty much tied up in bed which gives me more time to blog and trawl the net. I am sure that will change in a few days from now
Happy to hear you like my stories. /Susanne
